We had an exceptional experience with Dr. Kooner, her dental assistant, Maria, and the dental assistant student who joined them. My son was suffering from a painful dental infection and facial swelling, and the team helped make an incredibly stressful situation feel calm, reassuring, and seamless. Dr. Kooner is a true professional and exceptionally knowledgeable, but what touched me most was her genuine compassion. She carefully explained everything, comforted my son throughout the visit, and presented us with an honest and thoughtful treatment plan that placed his well-being and comfort first. She acted swiftly to address the infection while ensuring that he did not experience any unnecessary suffering. Maria assisted throughout my son’s care, speaking reassuringly to him and offering kind words of encouragement along the way. I would also like to recognize the kind young gentleman completing his dental assistant training. I sincerely apologize that I did not catch his name, but I did not want his kindness to go unrecognized. He thoughtfully advocated for my son’s comfort and showed genuine concern for him, which we deeply appreciated. We are very grateful to the entire team for caring for my son.
