Before I even got to the office, I was impressed by the staff! My GPS did not get me to the right address, so I called and Corey answered and he got me there! Annie was very professional and sweet As I checked in, and then I went Into JO’s care for x-rays. She was gentle with me and quite funny! The same Cory who got me directions to get to the office properly Brought his hygienist expertise next, and describe everything he was doing as he worked on her Worked on my mouth. We talked about the issues I was having with my dental health, and Cory very efficiently explained The importance the Implications of dental health and overall medical health. Cory explained to me the deep cleaning that we would need to do, and the time it would take to accomplish everything he could provide .Dr. Garcia spoke with me about all of the findings Cory Uncovered in his examination of my gums. Dr. Garcia talked about the periodontal treatments I could receive for the issues I had with my gums. We talked about the replacement of caps that had come out, and how to deal with a fractured tooth. Dr. Garcia also reassured me that pulling a Would not be as painful as I had thought. Dr. Villarreal explain to me the deep gum periodontal cleaning that he would do using the most amazing looking tiny laser to get down into the gums and treat the entire tooth and root… He showed me how he would be able to relieve the tartar deep down in between my gums surrounding my teeth . Dr. V also showed me before and after pictures of individuals who had had this treatment done. The business rules are especially encouraging to me, as some of the patient mouths in the “before” Examples look like those individuals would have been in terrible pain and the “after” Examples showed pretty, healthy mouths! I can’t believe I’m going to say this, but I was excited to get this procedure done and asked if we could do it today! After all the doctors answered all of my questions and allated my fears, And returned with a breakdown of all of the treatments I would need and had discussed with Cory and the doctors, and showed me the breakdown of what everything would cost. We decided the order in which these procedures should be completed, Cory returned with recommendations for Toothpaste and mouth rinse,, and then I checked out with Annie, making an appointment for the most major procedure, and joking with her about how crazy AI makes the world! The AI had nothing to do with anything, but everyone may be so comfortable here that we laughed and joked and talked about all kinds of things as I was in the office… This was the most comfortable I had ever been with a Dental team, and I left absolutely excited about what was going to come… I give all of the staff and the doctors are resounding hymn of praise for their personalities, patience, knowledge, and sense of humor. Had not been to The Dentist in a very long time. Have to say this office made it a very pleasant experience. Dental Assistant Jo, Hygienist Kaitlyn and of course the dentist Carlos Balderrama all top notch, professional, personable and all helped make it the best decision I’ve made in a long time. From the moment I walked in till the time I left , everyone in this office was helpful and friendly.

Great new facility nice and clean. Really friendly staff! Very knowledgeable and made sure I understood everything every step of the way. Staff was also very friendly to my 3yo and let him watch my check up so it wasn’t so scary for him.
